The senior students from the I.E.S.Zaframagón school were parading through the streets this evening as part of Carnaval week.
Always a lively, noisy and fun event, they really get into the spirit of Carnaval and bystanders are not immune from being "encouraged" to take part in the festivities.
We watched for a while as the procession passed us in Avenida Manuel de Falle before taking a shortcut to catch it again in a crowded Plaza de la Concordia.
These great guys saw our camera and after explaining that the monk was one of the most famous people in Spain they were happy to pose for a picture.
