View from Gerry's terrace

After popping down to the Farmacia this morning to get some medicine for a tickly, persistent cough (all say aaaaah, wimp), we stopped off at our good friend Gerry's house for Anne to do his regular haircut.
So today, a few pics taken from Gerry's terrace of the views around.

The temperature today is 17°C and rising so it seemed like a good idea to cut his hair on the terrace.

The view down Calle Zorrilla.

Gerry has created this upper terrace which further extends his view over the surrounding beautiful countryside.

This water feature was built with a little help from his friends a few months ago. Between five of us, we managed to manoeuvre the enormous, incredibly heavy trough into place before collapsing in the midday sun and sinking fifteen or so beers.
A good days work I'd say.

Nice to see my old mate is looking after his appearance, and also has washed his socks at last !! Mel
