Huelga General

Today, the trade unions have called a General Strike across Spain in protest at the labour reforms being undertaken by the Government. So we had a wander around this morning to see what effect it was having in Olvera. The streets were definitely quieter than usual and almost all the shops, banks, office premises and bars that we passed were closed in support.

After the very strong winds we've had for the last couple of days and although there's still a breeze, it's nothing like it has been. No need for orange pickers on Bellavista though.
