We arrived in Torre Alháquime just in time to see the procession in honour of the patron saint of the village, San Roque, part of the feria which takes place over a four day period at about this time every year.
The procession was lead by these lovely young girls and ladies beautifully dressed in traditional Spanish costume.

The horsemen of the village.
We sat down at a bar and ordered some tapas and drinks (non alchoholic for me - driving) and watched the participants of the procession pass by.
A lovely evening and really worth going to see.
