Just relaxing.....

A lovely, warm, Andalucian day. The weather has at last taken a turn for the better, being consistently warm and sunny over the last few days or so. Today's temperature I would estimate between 18 and 20°C (must get a thermometer), hopefully warm enough to cure the dose of man-flu that I'm, or should I say Anne, is suffering from at the moment.

Unusually, this week we seem to have something on every day so trips out of Olvera are on hold at least perhaps until the weekend, if the weather holds.
Just a few pics late this morning of the centre of Olvera after a trip down to the bank to pay our rubbish and car taxes.

We returned home and went up on the terrace to just sit and read for an hour or so.
Looking up Calle Azuaca towards the Plaza de la Ayuntamiento.
The view down Calle Cruz.

The view looking south east.

Across the street and looking upwards towards the old part of town.

It's been a while since we posted some pics of our lovely old girl Peppie. Here she is warming her weary old bones, bless her.

Cool, suave, sophisticated......nope, just me!!.
And can we just take this opportunity to say a big thank you again to everyone who takes the time to look in on the blog and who are kind enough to post comments and send us emails.
We never fail to be amazed at the interest shown and hope that in the future we can continue to show you some more of our life here in Olvera and the beautiful part of the world that we live in.
