Spanish tuition

Every Tuesday, José arrives to attempt to teach us the intricacies of the Spanish language.......or we should really say Andaluz (pronounced Andaluth) as spoken in this area. I have perhaps unfairly compared this in the past to a Pole landing in Newcastle to learn English as taught by the broadest geordie that you can imagine (geordie is the lovely accent of the Newcastle area of England). On the other hand, that might be a bit easier!!.
Anyway, José arrived at twelve and as it was such a lovely day, warm with a slight cooling breeze, we sat up on the terrace for our hour of torture. No, only joking. José is extremely good, not only teaching and testing our language but also interspersing the lesson with details of what's happening in and around Olvera, places to see and visit plus providing us with recommendations and recipes for the gastronomic delights of Andalucia.
