Partying with the pensioner's

While I was sampling the delights of the museum yesterday, Anne went to the market and bumped into José, who with his wife Carmen runs the bar at the Pensioner's Club. He mentioned that there was a dance on that evening and if we would like to come we would be more than welcome.
So not being one's to miss out on a party, we strolled up to the club at about 5.30.

As always, we were made to feel very welcome and we know from previous experience that you have no chance of being a shrinking violet and hiding in a corner at these events So before long Anne was asked up to dance and not long after so was I, though thankfully there are no pictures of me strutting my stuff !!.

Line dancing is very popular and Anne did so well that she's been invited to attend the female line dancing class that take place on Monday evenings at the club.
The class for couples is on Wednesday evening so I have until then to pluck up the courage.....or not.

The passion of the flamenco. I just love watching it, particularly when it is done well as these ladies demonstrated.
As always it was a fun evening. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was great to get involved.
