There we were, sitting in our friends house enjoying coffee and a chat when from outside came the sound of drums.
A quick look out of the window showed the above scene. A man dressed as a monk on a donkey carrying a palm leaf accompanied by men beating drums. Why, who knows??. If anyone does, please let me know.
A familiar view over the Saturday market on a reasonably warm day with a temperature of about 18°C.
Returning home, a few pictures of the views around us taken from our terrace.
Plenty of cloud around, fairly typical of the unsettled weather we're having at the moment.
