My apologies for the lack of recent posts but frankly the temperatures have been so high that it's an effort to actually wander around. Even trips out to other places of interest that require an early morning start to avoid the afternoon heat are not very appealing due to the high night time temperatures and near sleepness nights.
So, on a lovely cool overcast morning with the threat of rain in the air, it was a pleasure to wander to the Recinto Ferial (fairground) to look at the preparations for for the annual fair that starts on Saturday 27th August.
All of the casetas, most of them private, have been erected although I expect as in previous years there will be a few public casetas as well.
The views looking down upon the Recinto Ferial, which in a weeks time will be buzzing until the early hours with people partying, music blaring, fairground rides and a fantastic atmosphere for all to enjoy.
