Caracoles (Snails)

A popular dish and a delicacy here in Olvera are caracoles, small snails cooked usually in a garlic or hot salsa sauce. These were in a salsa sauce.
On this occasion, they were even more delicious as they were prepared and given to us by our neighbour's Paco and Maricarmen.



So yummy, yummy, I tucked in tonight and enjoyed every one.
