Just a few pictures today of the view from the fresh water spring near to Pruna, after a visit to the regular Friday market held in the pueblo. Pictured above and below, the views to Olvera about 7kms distant.
The water was gushing from the outlet so it didn't take long to fill the couple of empty containers that we had.
The Castillo del Hierro (Castle of Iron), presumably named because of its virtually impenetrable position, has recently been reformed and for centuries has stood high above the spring and the village of Pruna.
