Our friend Inma and her cousin Sandra popped around the house this evening to see Calcetines....and us of course !!.
A few days ago Sandra had brought round a winter coat for Calcetines, one of many gifts she had bought, so tonight we tried it on for size.
Just to remind everyone, prior to arriving in Olvera nearly three weeks ago, Sandra thought that Calcetines was still living on the streets and had no knowledge that she had a home with us. So to save up her pocket money to buy treats, a collar and lead, bandana, a winter coat and toys for a street dog was really a tremendous act of love and devotion.

Sandra returns to Germany on Saturday after three weeks in Olvera so the very least we can do is to keep her updated with Calcetines progress, which of course we will do regularly.
We hope we'll meet up again on Sandra's next visit.

What a wonderfully delightful story, Alan! Your last few postings have been extraordinary ... and make us miss Olvera (and surrounding areas) even more! Our love to Anne ... and Calcetines, por supuesto!
