Not that we are tight but as pensioners we have to take care of the cents and the euro's. A friend suggested that rather than buy our water at the horrendous cost of up to one euro a bottle, why didn't we go out to the natural spring about 3kms outside of Olvera and fill up for free. So every couple of weeks, we take our empties and fill up with lovely clear spring water.
The spring is in a farmyard, sometimes the animals are wandering around, with a backdrop of an old fort which apparently in olden times was a lookout post for the main castle in Olvera.
