Valentino's

This morning I took the short walk to "La Villa" to see how Mark and Kelly were getting on with the work on their new home and bar, to be called "Valentino's" when it opens in the not too distant future.

Since my last visit, it's fair to say there have been quite a few improvements. Mark and Kelly are creating their own intimate style and adding their own personal touches with furnishings, decoration and pictures, mostly relating to motor bike racing of which they are huge fans.





Although not finished yet, you can see how the bar has developed and the potential that it has to become a very pleasant place to sit and while away a few hours, particularly if tables can be placed outside to take advantage of the fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

We wish them both every success in their new life and look forward to the opening.
